Los Campesinos! - “To Tundra” | One of my fav songs from their latest LP, Hello Sadness. Its a clear sign of how much more mature the Campesinos! music has become in their last 3 albums. The song starts with the painting of innocent meeting. And somewhere around 2:30 the song begins to tear down, what i assume is a deified illusion of romance? who knows… but the swell from epic soundscapes to an almost spiritual awakening is some of my fav in music.
Los Campesinos! - “By Your Hand” | Cant wait for their new album. And this would be the official first album recorded after Alek left in 09, since Romance is Boring was partly recorded while she was still around. A Shame Harriet is gone also, but this new song seems to still keep some of the old poppy tones of the band & their fun/crazy lyrics. Let’s see how this album holds out.
